Sami Haddad's family has owned and operated successful neighborhood delis for over 40 years. Sami will bring his family trade secrets to his newest location in Paraiso. Alessio Cafe

Dos Vientos Ranch residents Gal and Dovrat Hever will own and operate this wonderful ice cream parlor! Marble Slab Creamery originated in Texas in 1983 and has recently entered the California market. The home-style ice cream and waffle cones are made on-site daily and only the finest local produce is used for the mix-ins.
